6 Step Yard Program

We provide a 6 step program to keep your lawn maintained throughout the year.  With different grass types and individual lawn needs in mind, our plan is flexible to meet your yard's requirements.   Pricing starts at $71.38 plus tax per application.  Prices vary depending on size and location.

Round 1:  Pre and post-emergent

• Pre-emergent and post-emergent herbicides applied as a full-spray application

Round 2:  Post spot-spray and fertilization

• Fertilizer/cool and warm season grasses
• Post-emergent herbicide applied as needed(full or spot-spray)  

Round 3:  Pre, post, insecticides, and fertilizer

• Fertilzer/Warm season grasses
• Pre-emergenent herbicide and insecitides for grubs and surface insects applied as a full-spray application
• Post-emergent herbicide applied as needed(full or spot-spray)

Round 4:  Fertilizer and spot-spray

• Fertilzer/Warm season grasses
• Post-emergent herbicide applied as needed(full or spot-spray)

Round 5:  Fertilizer and pre/post-emergent full/spot spray

• Fertilizer/Cool-season grasses
• Post-emergent herbicide applied as needed(full or spot-spray)
• Pre-emergent herbicide on warm-season grasses applied as a full-spray application

Round 6:  Fertilizer and spot-spray

• Fertilizer/Cool season grasses
• Post-emergent herbicide applied as needed(full or spot-spray)
